Step 1 Download the RAR archive and open it using 7Zip.

Choose repo directory – Input the location where you want the package to go.
Choose .DEB file – Input the directory of the package you want to upload.

Maintainer – Enter your name and email here.
Author – Enter the developer’s name here.
Name – Enter the name of the tweak or theme.
